Question

Anyone know what the std exhaust is on the P1? (STi? Prodrive? or a mixture?)

Is the Prodrive Rear Box upgrade the only option or can you fit Scoobysport unit or others?

Anyone know how the Prodrive unit sounds compared with the SS?

Thumbs up

Got a P1 with Prodive BB.

SS BB or Prodrive BB are a must. SS will make more noise than the Prodrive. I've not seen any power figures but would be suprised if there were massive differences.

I've spoken to someone who had a full SS on his P1 and said that the noise was a problem, so if you have to put such things as wifes, kids etc....

Andy H,

Tal's got downpipe, mid section and back box from SS. He's fitted the mid and back bits himself (it's a story involving breeze blocks, a farm, a search for adequate bolts and a big drill ). His cousin has a lift which may make the downpipe easier.

Perhaps Tal & Cousin could go into business as northern fitters? Providing the farm, breeze blocks and drill aren't always on the procedure list

Cool

Surely you can fit any STI compatible exhaust bits onto your UK STI.
