is it possible to have an imported classic wrx/sti converted to run on normal uk unleaded/super unleaded fuel without the need for a supplimentry octane booster,if so how much is the conversion likely to cost, will the performance be affected, and where could you have such a conversion carried out ?

if it's a 93-96 car then a scoobyecu will do the trick. If it's a 97-98 car then you're options are Power Engineering phase 1 conversion (£700ish) or a replacement ECU such as a Link or Gems.
