Anyone done this with a top mount? Just wondering if it'll get on with the standard intercooler piping or if i need a custom hose?

 

The turbo outlet on the td06 cover is larger than the TD04, and further over towards the passenger side when fitted. I don't know if he standard turbo-intercooler plastic hose will fit, pretty sure it wont. But the turbo should be fine with the topmount per say.

I would guess that a samco intercooler hose would solve any issues as they stretch a little on the turbo, and can be trimmed if required (perhaps only 10mm or so).

Best person to ask is your supplier, as the only ones I know that do it should have the answer.
