Is the STi8 D/Pipe de-cated?

This is for the standard STi8 exhaust system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No the standard sti 8 downpipe has a cat in it. I think there are aleast 2 if not 3 cats in the overall exhaust. Mine by the way are all out!
