Erm, getting big clouds of thick blue/grey smoke on start up, also car running rough for the first 10 seconds.

Once warmed the car seems fine, no smoke, holding boost etc.

Not sure if it's using oil, will make a note of the stick level today.

Valve stem oil seals maybe ? or worse ?

I can't believe for a minute that something like the oil seals have go so soon. I suggest you visit the dealer asap and get it sorted under warranty which i assume you still have
Just for the record - my dads does it from cold too - but with it being an ST24 - it's sommat that comes as standard
