Hesitant Engine / Flat spots - NEW car !!

HELP !! I am still getting the 'hesitant engine' syndrome on my new MY99 (only 1250 km - coming up to first service). Seems to be slightly less noticable when warm, but still there at 2 or 3 places between 2600 and 3200 rpm (see below).
