STi fluids same as UK?

From: Bournemouth - 5x Ex Impreza owner. 997 GT3 CS.
Are the fluids the same for a V4 STi as a Uk car? Im thinking of diff, clutch, g box etc.
Any reccomendations?

XS use Silkolene products as do many specialists though other names: Castrol, Millers, Motul all offer their own variants of brake fluid, gear/diff box fluid & so on.
Though I'm sure you'll have many different opinions as a result of this thread.............
