New crankshaft?

I have replaced the main pulley twice in a week, with the inside of the pulley being worn/damaged..
Suggestinos so far is to get the crankshaft key welded so the pulley sits square and doesnt vibrate or brnad new crank shaft..
Any ideas/Costs (lots?/ and where to get it done?
