hello went to garrage today to have lambda fitted on my 93 wrx import, turned out they had ordered uk one, they said it was 18 mm and i need 12mm thread is this right? he wasnt looking at temp sensor was he? they phoned about for jap part and was quoted 300 plus, i said id have a look about myself and after scanning these threads i found a supplier whos quoted me 120, i said i would phone back tommorow but now im confused about thes 12 and 18 mm threads any advice would be great, thanks

Both were fitted to different models / whatever they had to hand!

One is 12 mm, other is 18mmx1.5 thread pitch ( IIRC).

The one in my headers, and in some downpipes is the 18mm one.Edited to add mine is a MY94 WRX import wagon.
