Is it possible to have a bung fabricated for this BB. I love it and my missus hates it. Is there any other way to quiet it down for when she drives it?

...don't know about having a bung made for the Firestorm...you would have to talk to TSL. But TSL now do the 'Tornado' BB which is apparently nearly as loud as the 'storm but does come with a bung.
