with 3 degres negative camber,genuine parts are very quickly tired.
is there somewhere reinforced front wheel bearings for classic impreza ?

Not that I'm aware of - I just change them yearly (unless they fail sooner). It's not negative camber that causes it - hard track work doesn't help
