Gearbox questions??

Can anybody tell me if an STI type uk 6 speed gearbox will fit into a my99 classic? And do i need to change diffs/propshaft aswell?

Ask David Wallis he has an STI7 in his, not sure what differences between that and a type uk are tho. And no idea about diff's, final drive, props etc....
