My clutch on my95 WRX has just started slipping so I’m after people recommendations for a new one, a rough price and stockists would be handy.

Thanks Hardy

You should be able to get one at a local auto factors for about £110 inc vat. When i brought mine i was unsure of what the quality would be like, but on close inspection with them both side by side i found that they were absolutely identical EVEN the same make as the original subaru one!!!!!!(clutch manf. is AC bourg&beck)
£110 is quite a difference to £350 odd from subaru, for EXACTLY the same clutch!!!!

Hope this helps.

You can get them fron Autospares in Sutton (they're on Scoobyshop) for less than £100. Including delivery

(Unless you live on the IOW or in the Scottish Highlands )

Not had a problem with mine (yet )

Just be carefull of cheap clutch`s , you will find that they are re-built clutch`s and taht`s why they bear the same logo`s. I`m not saying there`s anything wrong with them only you get what you pay for. I`d stick with a good quality clutch like a sach`s for instance. I think I saw somewhere that scoobyclinic was supplying and fitting for £225.

Having fitted a Borg and Beck from Autospares Group I cannot believe it was a rebuilt clutch.. if it was then hats off to them as it looked like new.. not as in clean but the metal work was new etc..

Mine has done about 12k on it including 4runs at Evlington Drag strip and is as good as standard one was.. and I am running more than standard power.. not much more mind.. yet..

I'm quite sure it's new too...

There was an unlimited mile 3 yr. guarantee with mine, which I'm trying my best to test!

if you wnat the don of all clutchs speak to mark@lateral performance - email me if you want his details, or look on scooby shop.

the clutch is mental and guarenteed for 400 lb/ft of torque.

blo0dy good and never slips....ever.

depends what you want, but i paid about 450 for the kit.

Mark is trying to get the company to guarentee them fo 500lb/ft they are that good!
