ECU for Legacy Turbo
I have been looking around for a good ECU remap for my Legacy Turbo -92, for a while.
After mailing to Scott Taylor I found out that the Scoobyecu, which I belive is a good remap, was only available for TD04 or TD05 turbos, and the Legacy has a IHI VF turbo.
After some more searching I finally found a guy named Adrian Vos, on http://www.rslibertyclub.org/forums/ , who offered a chip for the Legacy Turbo/Liberty RS.
From what I have found out the Liberty RS in Australia is identical to the Legacy Turbo we got in Europe, both producing
some 200 hp.
I have only had the chip for a couple of days, but it's a great improvement. My car still has the standard exchaust on, but boosts 1 Bar now (peaks att 1.1 bar), and has a lot more response to the throttle. Adrian developed his map with a 3" exhaust on his car.
I paid AU$350 (+ AU$10 for shipping) for the map, which makes it a little bit more expensive than the Scoobyecu.
