Looks pretty small turbo to me - I was going to say a VF22 - but it looks smaller than this to me - a VF28???

Probably good to about 330-350bhp........... if its that one!

It sure is NOT a VF28 or VF22 - too small a compresor housing and the inlet is not chamfered!

Might be a VF10?

the compressor housing has the same two bolt fitting for the 90 degree elbow as the vf12 as fitted as standard to the legacy turbo. however, what looks odd with that, the wastegate pivot axis is at 90 degrees to that found on the scooby turbos

not from some sort of lancer, or poss legacy twin turbo?
