Depends on how loud you like 'em.
In reality, I can't see a backbox making much difference to power. Both are stainless steel IIRC. The firestorm is a tad on the loud side, so do hear one before you buy
- but it might be just what you're looking for 
?

I have an my03 wrx with ppp & i've just replaced the prodrive back box with a firestorm.
Dont feel any different power wise but then i didn't expect it to.
The BIG difference is the sound, even just ticking over it brings a smile to your face.
I had the performance & now i've got the boxer roar to go with it. Not neighbour friendly but i dont like mine anyway.
