We've been drag racing EJ22 powered VW Beetles for a while now, with some success (Andy Raw did a 12.59@105MPH this weekend). This winter we're going up a gear by putting a Imprezza turbo engine in.
We've got the mechanical stuff - what we're missing is an ECU and plugs so that we can wire the thing up. Does anyone out there have an old (perferably mappable with the DIY ECU remap kit) ECU that they've replaced with a 3rd party mappable one? Any wires and plugs would be handy.

what model is the impreza engine from???

 

There you go getting all specific - I shall find out. Trouble is that I am in Belgium, on a contract, and the engine is near home, on an engine stand.

Chances are that any of the older ones will work, we can splice wiring looms together - it aint no problem.

The killer I've found is the plugs from Ecu to loom - if I had the plugs I could make up a loom from scratch.
