I went for a drive this morning and for some reason its hitting 20psi in every gear and hitting fuel cut.
It wasnt doing it yesterday (acording too the misses)has anyone got a clue what could be causing it ?
My car is a MY98 with PPP and full decat, need to sort it asap as im on track next Saturday..........please help

Check actoator pipes and boost solenoid pipes sounds like one may be split / detatched

 

Ive had a look at the pipes and they all look ok
Im doing the brakes at the moment so i cant sort the engine problem out at the moment.
Thinking about it, it didnt do it when i first went out this morning and the only thing i did was put petrol in it ??? BP Super Unleaded, I wonder is its some bad fuel ?

No, no Dawes fitted.
Ive just been out for a drive and in 2nd and third it was boosting up towards 20psi in 2nd and third but this time in 4th and 5th it was more like 15psi ???
Ill have to have a look again tomorrow but ive now got problems with my ABS after a rear disk change but thats another story and another forum
