Unhappy

Hi,
I just had a new turbo fitted and there is a problem. It should make 1 bar@3200 and is capable of 1.8@5000 but only reaches the following numbers:
0.3 @ 3000
0.6 @ 3500
1.0 @ 4000
1.4 @ 4500
and no change at all up to the redline.
These are the results of 5th gear test, both controlled by Autronic and with no controller at all (with pipe disconnected).
Wastegate seems to be working properly.
Is the leak rather on the exhaust or the intake side of the turbo?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Marcin

Checked the pipes and FMIC and found some minor leaks on the joints of FMIC piping. After fixing the situation improved but not so significantly. 1 bar is now at 3800, 1.5 at 4100.
Next to check is the BOV and if not than maybe there is some leak in the intake manifold - but I don't really know how to check and which points to check first.
Help me please
