31 Throttle position

Thing is, what now?.

Does it mean the idle switch and throttle position switch need adjusting and the MAF needs cleaning?. Or do they have to be replaced.

Car has occasionally slipped into limp home mode on odd occasions before now, but it has never until today thrown up any fault codes
