I made some inlet manifold spacers for my car and accidently made some spare so I have some for sale..
For some reason I made phase 1 and Phase 2..
made from 8mm Nylon 66.. properties are as follows...
Specific gravity 1·14 - 1·15
Water absorption 8·5% max. saturation
Tensile strength 70/90MPa
Flexural strength 2830MPa
Shear strength 66N/mm2
Hardness (shore D) 80-85
Melt point 255°C
Min. temp. -30°C
Thermal conductivity 0·23W/k.m
Flammability UL94V-2
Volume resistivity 1012-1015 Ohm. cm.
Dielectric strength 28-30kV/mm
Comparative tracking index 600V kA 3c
Price is £45 per pair.
I could arrange to find some thicker ones..

David!
You know I need a set of these!! Or have you forgotten about me?
I've actually ordered some of the material to get some made, but if yours are ready done, it'll save me a job.
Mail me with your address and I'll send you a cheque.
Cheers
Rich

david,
scrap the purchase.
I have changed my mind for reasons I will discuss with you!
email me with details again.
Money not gone to you but will send it now if you tell me the amount again.

David,
I'd be interested in a set of these as my inlet manifold on my 94 WRX is off at the moment and would be easy to fit.
Do you still need to use a inlet gasket with them ?
I presume that the clearance to the bonnet is relatively uneffected ?
