I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but my 98my UK is an 8s ECU....

John, are there any markings on the turbo so that I can confirm TD04 or 05, or did they put either on the 98, depending on the time of day ?

E.g. Mine is updated dash (white dials), but old rubber gear change gaiter !

PS _ Any help on my question on dawes afr would be appreciated -

TIA,
Mark

oh, and yes - mark2003 - My 98UK reads .9 bar, occasional peaks at 1.0 at WOT in high gears, usually dropping off to .8 ish in lower gears...

copied from one of scott.T's posts

UK/Aus/Euro ECU's V7, 7D and 6D - 11.47psi, dropping to 9.47psi at 6600rpm. With Fuel-cut @ 14.87psi

I think thats the one

If I'm wrong it'll soon be corrected mate

I suspect that will not make quoted power and torque on a TD04.... sure this isn't a 92-96 vintage map running a TD05?

98 UKs all have TD04s. It says on the tin if you look on the compressor cover low down on the off-side.
