Changed Oil at the beginning of this month however whenever I check the level it reads at the lowest point even though it has had the right amount off oil put back anybody else have this problem

What was the "right" amount of oil originally? Did you top it to the upper hole on the stick after driving the car, or did you just stick a fixed volume of oil in, close the filler and leave it?

Also, did you pre-fill the oil filter before you changed it?

It had approx 4ltr in it filled filter up and added oil ran car for approx. 5mins then let settle and added more however after adding the full can of oil it still reads low

That's not surprising if you emptied a 4 litre can into it. The full capacity of the EJ20 is around 4.5 litres...

Now you know why cans come in 4 litres & 1 litres. Last 4 cars all needed 4.5 litres. 4 litres cost about £30, last litre costs £9.

It's a cynical world.

Better put some more in, no wonder it sounds like a bag of spanners !!!
If the level is reading on the dipstick, it's not the oil level making it sound odd, it's the type of oil you used. What did you put in?
