i,ve heard various stories about induction kits causing the afm to go is it worth while fitting one ?

i've had a K&N 57i on for 10,000 miles with no probs. its on MY97 classic tho and i think the newer cars may be more sensitive.

The K&N seems very very reliable, even on the MY99/00 with the very delicate AFM/MAF, but on its own - or even with a full decat - it doesn't really provide anything other than noise
