driving home in the pouring rain last night my my95 uk scoob was overboosting.it felt like i was gonna go through the windscreen.
anyway i took her out today and thrashed the t--s out of her, nothing happened there was no overboost and she went like a rocket.
thing is could the rain and cold air last night cause overboost?
i have checked all the pipes and they seem fine.any ideas?

Got a similar problem at the moment.
In usual driving I'm boosting to 1.16 bar, however I've had overboost where the gauge has shown 1.43 bar which is really scary on a 96 wrx with no internal work and standard top mount
Thing is the car seems to overboost on a sunny day than it is on a wet cold day, which really doesn't make sense
