is my clutch burnt out??

YEP id say fubar`d dont let it go on fix it soon as before you damage flywheel.
Ive two done clutches in last 12 months one was same as yours others was a lazy bstard clutch only engaged when it wanted to clutch with attitude typical scoob(they were on different cars and i wasnt responsible for either)
Costs £265 near me but thats using standard clutch Id recommend upgrade if you can my clutch specialist rallies scoobs reckons 3rd gear causes clutch to burn out on standard plates...then gets all technical..yawn

Clutch upgrades can be a bit of a slippery slope. Take too much advantage of 'em and your gearbox will be the next thing to feel the strain...
