faint rattley noise when labering

hi all
i have developed a slight rattley noise when im labering well i can hear it then cant hear anything when accel haha
not shure if its diff / box or what am amlittle concerned though!!!
anyone ever put a 6 speed in a 99 clasic if so were from how much when can i have it fitted
