Hi,
Recently had the following done :
AP monster brake kit and decatted down pipe fitted
Needed spacers to the wheels as the wheels (18"OZ super leggerra's) wouldn't fit back on.
I am now getting horrible judder on the steering column and a grinding noise when left cornering, had the wheels re-balanced and a general look around and still have this, anyone any ideas
Car is a my98 wrx import

Have you checked the tyres aren't rubbing on anything?

Well the saga continues, looks like it's the tyre unfortunately I found out travelling @ 80mph on the M56 in the outside lane when it let go, fortunately it was quiet so managed to miss everything as i quickly got dragged to the left hand side of the road. The garage looking very sheepish now have my car back and are looking at why a 2 week old tyre would go pop!

which dp have you had fitted ? reason I ask is when I replaced my std dp with a twin dump scoobymania dp the UJ on the steering column was fouling the wastegate pipe but only when going round left hand bends / corners under load. It took me ages to suss it out.
Hope this helps, Mike.

The problem still is there after a new tyre, going to take the wheel off and have a good look around thanks for the info on the downpipe will look into it, the dp is a hyper one (made for a local performance racing place near Bolton)
