You need to remap to make the most of it, but it would potentially add about 30 BHP and 10 lbft - educated guesses. Spool up is about 400 RPM later.
Bear in mind that a VF turbo is not economically repairable if the bearing is dodgy. About a year ago I tried for ages to get a clean VF23 and gave up because they were all trash.
You would get similar spool up to a VF24 but more power and torque from a TD05. I think this is the best matched turbo to a standard internals 2.0, but you do risk the gearbox if you push it.
