Takes 75w/90 gear oil. Use a quality full synthetic (Castrol Syntrax, Silkolene Syn5, Mobil 1 SHC, Millers etc. etc.). Somwhere between 3.2 and 4 litres depending on what model gearbox you have.

It goes in through the dipstick hole. You can either attach a funnel to a few inches of plastic tube, or remove the intercooler and put the funnel in the dip tube itself.

greasemonkey,

Do Castrol do two versions of their Syntrax oil, as my tub of 75w/90 oil is only part synthetic and not full.

Craig.

No, my mistake Craig. Assumption being the mother of all f***-up's and all, assumed without looking at the drum that it was full synth. Tis a semi, as you thought.
