just had my front/rear anti roll bushes plus rear beam bushes replace and now when drive get a funny noise coming from the middle/back of car when driving with foot on excellerator this only happens above 2k rpm and only with foot on pedal
i have 99 type r any help welcome.

Could be you rear suspension top hats, what you have explained makes it very difficult to advise.

Does it happen when you go over bumps, around corners etc?
