i have a terzo with a panel filter and scoobysport back box i've heard about re-mapping but don't know much about it , like is it worth it ? how much ? is there a gain ? and anywhere in surrey that does it ?

As for gains .. it depends on your circumstances, current and future mods (if any) as to the results.

Would a ScoobyECU work, or if later model than 97 maybe a Tek upgrade?
