Ok as the Subject says I have just removed the Heat shield (lost 1 bolt sheared) and am presented with the top of the turbo.. and Down pipe /Cat.

I want to remove the cat and replace so what next do I do and in what order. Cars not my daily driver so no time issues just don’t want to remove stuff unless needed.

Also top two bolts are VERY Tight. I have cracked them but boy are they gonna take some removing.

I guess its the first time this has been removed.

Anyone got any ideas or have any experience.

as time isn't an issue soak the nuts with plenty of wd40, the more time spent doing this the better.

I found removing the intercooler helpful the last time i changed my downpipe (didn't bother the previous 2 times).

Don't forget the top two nuts are the easy ones
