juddering engine....possibly clutch/gearbox

Hiya guys..hope someone can help...
basically I got my scooby back today..just had a new clutch and clutch plate also work done on the gearbox...
driving the car around for a hour absolutely fine no problems at all...put my put down a little in 3rd gear and i heard this whistling noise from then the car was juddering...on acceleration the car was hardly moving... so im a bit stuck here..hoping its related to the gearbox/clutch as its all under warranty...
any help would be appreciated
