When I turn left (at any speed) - doesn't happen whilst standing still. I feel a "vibration" through the pedals, and a slight noise can now be heard. It started with vibrations, and has only recently started to make a noise.

If I turn right, it is all fine, only when I turn left. Could it be the front cv joint?

any suggestions on what this can be?

Mine turned out to be a (steel braided) brake hose that had come loose, and was rubbing on the inside of the wheel.

IIRC a similar thing caused DocJock's 'off' recently

Christian,

Just turn right then !!! Let's be fair, on Jersey it would still only take you an extra ten minutes to get home

I would suggest removing the bolt from the new bracket George welded on, and seeing if it solves the problem.

Mark.

LOL Just dont turn down any jetties

If it is deffo not the steering rack humming (like stationery turning) then most times its driveshafts.

Lets face it, you have a lot of torque going through your wheels and Marks clutch...Its gotta hurt something mechanical.
