Hi guys I had a up pipe fitted from WMS, the thingis they snapped the bolt head off when fitting it, not telling me.

So at like 6 in the evening on the sameday i noticed that i was losing power.

So i took it back to them and they said everyhting is fine.

Then i took it tileys in bristol, there mechanic told me that a bolt snapped off and showed me, this is from the turbo linked to the up pipe.

So when I rung up WMS, the chap there said we will fix but i am gonna have to charge you.

Just wanted to knop is this normal practice.

Please get bck tome.
Cheers
biggy
