Apexi SAFC's
#1
Hello guys, I have an import WRX here in the UK its a 93 GC8 with the EJ20G engine I have zero problems at all but liked the look of the Apexi SAFC's on Ebay. (Seemed like a good idea at the time so I bought one)
Now then having got it I can install it no problems but what about the Setting Menu. Can I use it without any AF correction ? Or do I need to visit a Tuning house. Apart from having a monumental thirst for Super Unleaded the car is ace.
Currently have a Blitz Bov, Prodrive BB and a K&N 57i Filter.
Anyone got any ideas ??

Not really necessary unless you are going to modify the car. They are quite crude in operation, but do work, if the fuelling does need adjusting.
I am using one on my Subaru, but I was given it free, and it is mainly to compensate for the larger injectors I fitted. Someday I will eventually buy an ecu to do the job properly, but at the car is way down my priority list.

Come on Guys sombody must have one of these in a Scooby and be able to tell me if you can run them without setting up the ECU
IE run it to monitor the boost fuel map etc...
How many members are there ?
