Unhappy

Further to my post yesterday I have noticed that one of the hoses is badly split. This is the one coming off the top of the engine. The section as it joins the t-piece is badly split.
As a short term solution I have zip tied it and it seems to be holding.
Obviously this is not a long term solution.
When changing the length of hose can anything that size be used or does it need to be a special fitting?.

Thanks

As long as it's capable of holding the pressure & is a good seal - it should be fine.

Personally - I'd recommend a silicon pipe as an alternative.

Regards,

Chris
