Have you changed the down pipe? If not then there is still a CAT there. A MY99 Uk turbo has a Cat in the downpipe and mid section.
Hope that helps

The Up pipe is the pipe that runs from the manifold (headers) to the turbo..

As a newbie with a MY99. Does one cat mean you pass emissions? So basically replace everything from the first cat back? Does this lead to more driveability and BHP or just driveabililty.
Thanks
