Anyone got any idea how much a new head gasket will cost me to have supplied and fitted?

I was quoted £600 for both sides done and both heads skimmed. That was through a non-Subaru garage.

Skimming a head can improve performace slightly by upping the compression ratio. Metal competition head gaskets do the same.
