Anyone used an STI panel filter (Scoobymania) on a classic shape Scoob?

I want to know if anybody is using an STI filter at all?
(And if so, what's it like)

yes AFAIK john felstead use em and rates em very highly especially for MY99/00 with the more sensitive MAF, they are a dry panel filter as opposed to the ITG/KnN oiled/gunk type filters... a worthwhile purchase above OE equp standards too I would assume... also worth noting they may not be reuseable like a KnN

Thanks very much - just what I wanted to hear. Had an ITG for 10k miles with no problems on my MY00, but a dry STI sounds safer.
