Someone told me that a combination of:

Classic Imp
+Scoobysport downpipe (or similar)
+Scoobiesport mid section (or similar)
+ normal OEM (pea-shooter exhaust)

is a good stealth comination, that gives a really good power increase AND torque increase, is this true?

Well, it probably would bring the spool-up point down substantially (and up torque), but you'd be heavily damping the performance because the oem backbox. Think about using the Remus backbox - yes it'll look different to the standard (but it's the same double type), but if far less restrictive and extremely quiet. The main noise gain you'd get from it is because of the cats going missing.
