Hi - Has anyone fitted one of these?

How does it sound?

I have tried a few backboxes/exhausts in the past and some have sounded fantastic and bassy without being too loud/tinny....

Any opinions on this set up? (for a MY95)

I've got the 3.5" box and one of my mates has the 6x4 box. Both sound great. The 6x4 is ever so slightly deeper in tone but in reality hardly noticeable. Either or would be a great choice.

 

Cheers Brun - its for a mate and she likes the look of the 6 x 4 but didnt want something either a) too loud or b) not bassy enough (!!Theres no pleasing some people!!)

Anyone else running this system?

I'm running a Magnex non resonator centre and 6x4 backbox. It sounds lovely. Not too loud....... just nice!!!

 

ive got the resonated centre and 6x4 rear
sounds lovely but i would like a non res centre if i could get one

Hi,

I'm running a 6 x 4 oval on a MY96 ,really nice sound at idle, nice tone when moving away, almost not there when mile munching and cracking on full boast. Seems to help a little with the mid range.
Had two of these back boxes, first one was deeper/louder, current one the better for me just right.Hope this helps.
