Ok I'm fitting one ofthese at the weekend as I'm going the decat / tek 3 route and want to put all safety features in place BEFORE I get the work done!
A couple of q's:
Can I just bolt this on a 'standard' car and go or will the ECU complain?
As its at the highest point, can i change it without having to drain the system / losing too much water, and then the air bubbles collect in the reservoir where I can just top it back up again?
Anything else I need to know / should watch for??
cheers
Ed

AFAIK the intercooler on the MY01 is not water cooled, and therefore will not drain of anything.
It should be a simple changeover IMO.
I dont think the ECU would worry with the change in setup, AFAIK the setup will benefit your car as it is. The TEK3 will simply take advantage of the improvements.

Yes I did wonder if it was purely air as I couldn't see any pipes from the rad etc. Should be straightforward then. And you are convinced its ok for me to run without a remap for a while?
