Exhaust sensors on 95 WRX

I have a 95 WRX

THere are 2 exhaust gas sensors, 1 in the manifold and 1 in the downpipe.

Am I right in thinking that the one in the manifold is the lambda sensor and the one in the downpipe is the cat over-heat sensor ?
