Hi all
is it compulsary to change release bearing?

car has done 60k on a MY00 and fitting an STI clutch and flywheel that has done 20K
also should i get the flywheel skimmed

Its not compulsory, but it would be plain stupid not to.

Yes, get the flywheel skimmed.
