Question

Hi everyone, quick question i know on turbos de-cat is good as all you want to do is loose the exhaust gases, but on normally aspirated motors is it to go for or to be avoided? MOT isn't an issue, as '92 car. I hear it may liberate a few bhp right at the top of the rev range, but slow things overall as low down losses will occur??
