On a 00MY UK car what is the boost-cut activation voltage (from the MAP)?

Cheers!

It is at 17.6 PSI.

0 bar is about 2.3 V and 1.8 bar is about 4.84V.

So I reckon you are looking at 4.0 V on the nose. I used a FCD from about 3.8 V with success.

If you are wanting to influence closed loop boost control defend from a bit lower.
