my01 centre section decat making noise at low speed

Hi All
Just had a Scoobysport centre section(2 pipes) fitted, they were second hand - local garage fitted for me.
Seems to be a slight knocking noise at low speed though - anyone else had this happen/have any ideas what it is..

Before we moved production to Janspeed we had constant problems with these fouling the underside of the car. We suspected that the jig was wrong. The manufacturer may now have corrected this.
