Still working on prices at the moment. Should have it worked out by next week.

Although the more interest we get for this then the lower we will be able to get the price!!

Please mail me offline if you are seriously interested in one of these.

If you need a demo vehicle for it to be fitted on I know of an STiV RA V-Limited that would be a good rolling advert.

I'll even agree to a sticker in the window saying Carbon bodied Ti Tiped exhaust supplied by Scoobyworld

(Serious off by the way....)

We will be looking for five demo vehicles (two of which are ours!!) so three lucky people will get these for a knockdown price (not free!!) so you can tell us what you think!

Mail me offline if you are seriously interested!

This look very promising! Have you got a mandrel bending machine that can bend titanium or is that just for the tip?

I was thinking about getting a 3 inch Blitz exhaust, but I like this one better. I'd like titanium but I am aware that this is extremely difficult to bend, so stainless steel may have to do. Could you offer a cat replacing 3 inch internal diameter exhaust replacement (I have a downpipe on order, leaving manifold and up pipe standard)? I have a 18G IHI turbo on its way, so I need this kind of an internal diameter.
Thank you
Claudius

I see.

Can you make an exhaust that will go up to the downpipe (replacing the cat) in 3 inch internal diameter with that back box and tip?

It would be better if it didn't have those bolts in. What's the sound like in comparison to the normal stainless one?

Deep, it's not wrapped in carbon fibre mate, it IS carbon fibre. Should save a good copule of kilo's off for the weight conscious and many an admiring glance for the style conscious

I know that, but I've seen CF motorbike cans without the rivets. Maybe they have some sort of SS cover that goes over the bolts?

carbon fibre must be able to be joined in someway as max-power have a carbon backbox on their seat ibiza with no joins apparent on it, its fully carbon and made by a company called 888 or someting like that. i guess the joins are bonded or something, as they are invisible.

Cool

Wendy,

If you need a Scottish demo car, I'll happily offer up my RB5 to sport one of these.

Ok, quick update .....just fitted it ...see pics below.

The exhaust is made from a hi-quality quad layer carbon fibre body on a stainless steel framework. The tip is titanium which changes colour as the unit heat ups

The whole unit is approx 1.5kg lighter than the standard Afterburner

Sound quality is very similar to the standard Afterburner, but seems quieter at motorway speeds.

Also tested for dB levels and practically identical to the Afterburner at 4k revs.

Full details will be on our website by early next week...

cheers

Neil

ps - the car IS actually DBM, not brown as in the pics
